The Washington Map Society offers two types of membership for individuals that depends upon how one chooses to receive The Portolan, the journal of our society. It may be received as (a) a digital document only or (b) as a printed journal mailed to you, with access to the digital version as well. Both types of membership provide full access to the Members Only area of this website, and all other Member Benefits.

The Washington Map Society also offers a special Student Membership to any person enrolled in school.  A student member receives the Portolan as a digital document only and enjoys all other WMS benefits, for a lower cost!
