Information for Institutions

The Washington Map Society welcomes libraries and other institutions subscribing to our journal, The Portolan.

Due to technical constraints, we are unable to offer libraries or institutions online digital access to The Portolan (ISSN 1096-1925), but the Society is pleased to provide a print issue three times per year, as it already does for nearly fifty respected institutions worldwide.

Most of the institutional subscribers to The Portolan choose to have their subscriptions managed by a subscription management company like EBSCO or HARRASSOWITZ. The subscription management companies have our current fee schedule, and the Society recommends using one of them to manage institutional subscriptions.
